SDCC + AX 2015 Manga News Roundup on Publishers Weekly
July kicked off with a bang as I headed to Anime Expo in Los Angeles to cover this yearly mega-show for all things related to Japanese manga, anime, games and general pop-culture fun. Many manga publishers held panels and announced new titles there.
Almost immediately following that, I headed further south to San Diego for San Diego Comic-Con International for even more manga-centric fun (with lots of other comics events thrown into the mix too).
There’s still more write-ups to come from the panels and people I met at these shows, but for now, here’s my write-up of trends and new manga licenses announced at Anime Expo and San Diego Comic-Con that I wrote up for Publishers Weekly:
